Stainless steel lined tetrafluoroethylene pipe fittings are made of ordinary carbon steel pipe as the matrix and lined with thermoplastic polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon or [PTFE, F4]) plastic with excellent chemical stability, processed by a specific process. It is an ideal pipeline for transporting strong acids, strong alkalis, industrial salts and strong corrosive gases.

★Selection requirements for steel pipes and flanges for lining pipes and pipe fittings 　　

1. The pipeline adopts the national standard steel pipe. Due to process requirements, the effective diameter of the lining pipe is smaller than the nominal diameter of the steel pipe. The designer and user determine the pipe diameter after making the necessary effective flow standards.　 　

2. Flanges can be forged according to HG, GB, JB, ANSI, JIS, BS, DIN and other national standards according to user needs, and can also be determined by contract. Because of the sealing surface processing technology, it is recommended to use plate flat welded flanges with necks Flat welding flange. The sealing surface is of flat sealing type. In order to facilitate pipeline installation, the user can provide flat welding ring movable flange.

★Inner lining lining layer test, inspection and scope of use 　

1. After the pipes and pipe fittings are subjected to a hydraulic test at 1.5 times the design pressure. 　

2. After the water pressure test is performed on the PTFE lining layer involved in the lining, 100 integrity inspection is carried out, and the leakage point inspection method adopts the electric spark test. 　　

3. Range of use 　　

a. Operating temperature -20~200℃ 　 　

b. Use pressure ≤2.5Mpa 　 　

c. Allow negative pressure DN≤250mm is -0.09Mpa, DN＞250mm is -0.08Mpa 　 　

d. It can transport any concentration of strong acid, strong base, organic solvent, strong oxidant, toxic, volatile, and flammable chemical medium.
